IMHO, only dictators get to tell insurance companies what to do! Is this guy kidding me or what?? Where in the law is this stated. We are already past the one-year implementation window that was so easily circumvented. Wake up Congress and DO YOUR JOB. IMPEACH OBAMA NOW!
